  Calculation of company's corporation tax liability and preparation and filing of company's CT600 annual tax return.

  Preparation of AGM minutes, Companies House documentation concerning appointment and resignation of directors and company secretary during the period
• Preparation of annual dividend vouchers, recording and producing company share certificates.
• Registered Office
  Acting as the company's registered office for all statutory filing purposes.Updating the company's statutory records and agreeing and filing company's Annual Return.
• Payroll services
  Monthly payroll services for up to five employees. Preparation of payslips, P45s and advising you of the company's on going PAYE liability.
• Preparation of company's Year end Returns, P35s' and P60s' excluding P11ds'.

  Open telephone business and tax advice line. (Office hours).
• 24hour telephone commercial and employment law legal advice line.
• Free Tax cost investigation insurance up to the value of £75,000. Policy subject to insurer's normal terms and conditions.
• Management Meetings
  Attendance and assistance at Annual Budget meetings and twice yearly business management performance meetings.
• Directors Tax Returns
  Assistance in the preparation of directors personal tax returns.
• Online Access
  Online access to all LCA's client website resources and publications.

All fees exclude VAT and are payable in advance by quarterly standing order based on a minimum 12 month contract period. The actual fee will be based on the size and level of the company's transactions.
